Impact Tiling & Bathrooms

Very polite and very professional. It was a fairly tricky repair job as the tiles around the window in the bathroom had been displaced and broken when the replacement windows were installed. Also the plaster had been disturbed leaving an uneven surface. Gareth arrived when he said he would, completed the work and tidied up afterwards. Very happy with result and would definitely use again.

i will keep it brief an to the point, we had our bathroom tiled an grouted, we supplied top quality tiles some at £170 per Sq metre.. The tiling it self was ok, the lines and cuts could have been better/cleaner but I could live with it, the grouting however was terrible, and as it was done on a very hot day we arranged for the builder to come back another on another occasion to go over it an sort out what needed sorting… some time went by an after arranging for him to turn up around 10 times to which he always failed he then began to stop answering the phone to us an you can guess the rest… not impressed at all, the grout is cracking an not even filled in in places an looks terrible! There's adhesive/cement haze all over the place an on our beutifull tiles where somone did not sponge them off, To add to that 3 of the floor tiles he laid have come loose from just walking over them.. We are now afraid to drill our new toilet an sink down incase the rest come up from the vibration as its like somone has cellotaped them to the floor. We was expecting a top job to be done as we researched an read the reviews on this company which were good but have been let down an very dissapointed after paying out good hard earnt money. We have been more than reasonable with them.. I even gave them a deadline to contact us back before last Monday otherwise I would write my experience on all view sites an again no surprise iv heard nothing back so they can't care too much about there reputation either, beware is all I would say to you guys! Iv watched many a program about people like this on tv an never thought I'd have one in my house but I guess it can happen to anyone. Now I have to find somone who's willing to fix somones else's job.. What a pain this is going to be :(
